RV Guest Guidelines

•Redeemer's Ridge Retreat promotes a Christian atmosphere of reconnection, rest, and renewal spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically through healthy Biblical practices. We believe in, agree with, and abide by God’s Word including Gen. 1:27, 2:23, and Romans 1.

Therefore, we ask our guest to agree to interacting relationally with others during their stay in a way that abides by these scriptures and to also refrain from the use of Tobacco/Vape/Drugs/Alcohol or any mood-altering substances while enjoying their stay. Please always be considerate of other guests. This includes using your inside TV/Radio/Sound System, not outside, since sound travels quite a distance while perched on top of the ridge. Others may be enjoying a good book or the views while relaxing in their Adirondack chair in the sun and cool mountain air.

•Guests - MINIMUM 1 adult age 25 or older per rental, minimum age of second quest 15 years, maximum 2 persons, one of age 25 or older, and the second age 15 or older.

•Pets - We are very fond of our pets yet realize not everyone feels the same. That is why we welcome pets yet ask that you agree to the following: always leash/confined and under your watchful eye while outside the confines of your RV -clean up after them -be sure they are quiet even when you leave them in your RV unattended. If they cannot stay quiet while left alone, take them with you. Any guest that has a pet that is disruptive or bothers other guests will be required to immediately resolve the problem.

•Exploring Redeemer's Ridge onsite activities while renting your RV site is highly recommended. We have beautiful vistas, historical sites, and pleasant walking trails. Yet we ask you to agree to hike only on Bledsoe Road or Redeemers Ridge mapped mowed trails, Scenic Sunrise (for spectacular views and sunrises), and Old Cabin Creek (for a creek side experience and cabin ruins). Hay Fields, Glamping entrance road, dome sites, and The Barn, are private for their particular guests.

•Campfires are such a wonderful experience and therefore we have provided each site with a fire ring and can of wood to get you started. (Additional bundles available for purchase.) Please do not return cover onto the smokeless firepit unless ashes are cold and put in the empty firwood can.

•Quite Hours- While considering that Redeemer's Ridge is always a place of rest and relaxation, may it be even more so the hours from 10pm to 7am.

•Utilities - Please conserve water since it is mountain spring water and not a well. Be sure hydrant handle is down tight when finished. Please use the sewer hookup to drain your tanks, but do not leave your RV tank lines open into it at all times. Be sure to secure the sewer cap when finished.

•Waste - Waste disposal is available at the entrance in the can. You are welcome to leave bagged household trash only in it. Be sure all waste is inside the bin and the bin securely shut. Do not leave any food or trash unattended outside your unit at any time.
