Experience this hard sided (not vinyl) 16x16x9tall semi-primitive geodesic dome that is truly unique. Glass windows that open, glass ceiling, imported from Turkey. Simply Gorgeous!

Stargazer is furnished with a queen bed with bedding, 2 lounging chairs, desk, toilet, outside shower (bring your own towels), porch with kitchenette (NO FRIDGE) and charging station BRING YOUR OWN COOLER.

Tucked into the side of an embankment, this dome overlooks a spring fed creek and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance. Enjoy the outdoor hot shower 3 steps from the dome. No need to leave the comfort of the dome for the bathroom, an odorless portable unit is inside. And of course star gazing from the comfort of the queen bed or lounge chairs under the glass ceiling is amazing!

Onsite experiences include walking trails with spectacular sunrise vistas, old cabin ruins, creek, old barn, and country roads. A private smokeless camp fire ring with views, cooking-grilling equipment, and capturing a container of cold mountain spring water to drink at the spout are all options.

This location is semi-private, meaning there are other people out of sight yet on the property camping and sharing the trails.
